The IWU coaching staff is one of a kind. They’re all different in their own respective ways, but they work together as one unit to be the best they can be for the team. They want us to succeed and lead us to the best of their ability, and that is why they do our junkyards and conditioning workouts with us. They don’t want to ask us to go somewhere that they haven’t gone before.
