Iam3 is putting God First, others second, and yourself third. Finding a way to put God First and to serve others before yourself will in turn lift you up. To be first, you have to find a way to be third.

Fearless is...

Fearless is a mindset to attack all aspects of life on and off the court with confidence. It means not being afraid of failure because the only way to succeed is to first fail.

The IWU coaching staff definitely lives the IAm3 lifestyle. I personally see them constantly putting God first and others second. They are servers and molders of men. They have a great work ethic and are fearless in their everyday lives.

Why IWU...

IWU is the perfect place for me. I didn’t hear about it until my senior year of high school, but once I saw how everything was Christ-centered I knew I had to come. It’s a place for growth. It’s a place that is changing the world and I want to be a part of it.

IAm3 is...

IAm3 the attitude of Jesus. It’s the idea of continually humbling yourself and realizing that nothing can be done without God. It’s also the idea of doing unto others as you would want done unto you.

Fearless is...

Fearless is a mind-state of attacking with control. It’s having no worries of the outcome, and knowing that if you put in the work, the outcome will probably be good. God takes care of everything so why have fear. The point of maximum bliss is on the other side of fear, so there is no reason to stress. It all works out in the end.

Our coaches are supportive, loving, caring, passionate, challenging. They are great examples of good men. I love how they are open about who they are. We all want to become better men, and the coaches are the same. They come along side us. They do workouts with us. They are the best coaches I could ever ask for.
